Work and well-being
The university works hard to make your working environment as safe and healthy as possible. The Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policy aims to avoid exposing employees to excessive mental or physical strain. Certain rules apply if you fall ill for a long period of time or become permanently unable to work. Read here which regulations apply to you.
Working environment
Occupational health and safety (OH&S) starts with an environment that enables you to perform effectively. The university is committed to creating this environment together with its employees. Important criteria include work pressure which is not excessive, harmonious working relationships based on mutual trust, autonomy, professional freedom and clear, appropriate working agreements.
