Mobility and long-term employability
Universities aim to foster a culture where further development towards taking the next step in your career is a given. Below you can read about how this will affect you.
Support and management staff
As a member of support and management staff with a permanent employment contract, you will be given the opportunity to work on your development. You can discuss this with your manager and draw up a development plan together. Every year, you will undertake a number of initiatives aimed towards your further professional development and/or a possible next step in your career, which will receive the support of your employer, including financial support. Working on your development is part of your job and is included in the assessment criteria. In the case of a position in a lower salary scale, see Article 7.5 of the collective labour agreement for the conditions for the phase-out scheme. Further details can be found in Article 6.11 and Appendix L of the collective labour agreement.
